BIO

Kali Fields Williams is a trusted advisor and personal strategist to high-performing leaders seeking clarity, emotional recalibration, and sustainable presence in high-stakes environments.

With a career spanning digital mental health, behavioral coaching, and global adventure (including tracking poachers in Costa Rica and performing in a gold-record German girl band), Kali brings a rare mix of emotional depth, creative grit, and strategic insight to her work.

Her leadership at Headspace, a global leader in mindfulness and digital mental health, helped shape the behavioral health coaching model now used by millions. She moved from frontline coach to senior leader, guiding teams, building emotionally intelligent cultures, and supporting executives as they scaled at speed.

Kali holds a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Columbia University and blends her mental health expertise with real-world pragmatism. She is the creator of the Renewable You™ Method, a practical, regenerative approach to navigating burnout, life transitions, and professional reinvention without losing your sense of self.

As a mother of four, Kali understands the nuance of navigating ambition, complexity, and care, and brings that lived wisdom into every client conversation. Her upcoming book, Renewable You, explores how to reclaim energy, restore clarity, and lead from within in a world that often demands more than it gives back.

Through her work, Kali helps people reconnect to what truly matters so they can lead with purpose, communicate with presence, and move forward with steadiness, even in times of chaos.

Renewable You is a bold reimagining of personal growth, rooted in sustainable design, systems thinking, and the intelligence of the natural world. Rather than treating individuals as problems to be fixed or machines to be optimized, Renewable You sees us as living systems, complex, cyclical, and capable of regeneration when approached with care.

Drawing inspiration from principles used in ecological restoration and renewable energy systems, the book introduces a framework for personal transformation that’s not based on willpower or hustle, but on restoring internal balance and designing for long-term resilience.

Whether you’re a high-achiever at a crossroads, a leader navigating complexity, or someone simply ready to stop managing life like a never-ending to-do list, Renewable You offers a fresh, regenerative model for change, one that honors your inner ecology and supports sustainable success from the inside out.
